Dance Broken Open
Dance when you're broken open
Dance when you've torn the bandage off
Dance in the midst of the battle
Dance in your blood
Dance when you're perfectly free.
Dance Broken Open is a creation\journey that deeply connects people to their hearts, souls and bodies. It's an invitation to dance ourselves broken open, allowing our full range of emotions and feelings to appear and be expressed, moving through us and moving us through space in prayer and celebration. The journey is accompanied by live music that is created and improvised from moment to moment, influencing and being influenced by the unfolding of every second. Rumi and Hafiz's beautiful passionate poetry is woven into the musical tapestry, deepening the experience and empowering the dancers and dancing. The journey moves through aloneness to togetherness, from silence to ecstasy and back again. Dancing Broken Open we'll dance into the deep, eternally pulsing remembrance, of our beings.
